Bad Service!!!

Telecommunications

I call in to make sure what is the amount due this month, cause they always making mistakes.

So i call Client services. i go through the invoice and statements with the lady. making sure all is correct.

Then she tells me what is due.
I go all the way to the Canal Walk Branch and make payment - They also say its up to date.

Then i send proof to my credit controller Puleng and she tells me it is an incorrect amount.

Now they going to suspend my line.

How bad service is that.
