As per my previous complaint, Busi called me and asked me to prove which date i had called Cell C to cancel my contract. As I do not make notes of every phone call I make in the day, and this was 3 months ago, I was not able to supply the info. I have subsequently looked at my own cellphone records and have the dates for Cell C to look up and finally see that I am not lying and it would be great if I could have my money back and SOME kind of acceptable response and outcome.

Treating your customers as if they are liars and is not a great way to do business.

I won't let this go - even if I get R50 back, it's the principle.
