Receiving no statements has led to short payment

I keep giving Nashua Mobile the benefit of the doubt and they keep letting me down. I have 3 contracts with Nashua Mobile even after the drama they always feed me. I have been softlocked, I phoned the call centre yesterday and spoke to a lady who rudely put me through to Claire Thomas being the assigned credit controller, Claire was of no assistance instead she blatantly to me saying that she can't unlock my lines because she has to upload proof of payment on the system, my airtime ran out as we were still conversing and she didnt even bother phoning me back. I'm really upset as this is not the first unpleasant service experience I receive from Nashua Mobile.
