Phone me back!!!

Logged a call via your website last night to sign up a new deal. Which gave me a reference number.
Nobody phoned me back, I phoned the number on the email. After wasting 45 minutes, the consultant was suppose to do a credit check and phone me back in 15 minutes. This was 11h00, I am still waiting for the return call. Pathetic, Feel like cancelling my business account with several 3 x Data Packages and voice contracts and going to CellC.
