Good day
I log a request for a refund. The lady that I spoke to said that it would take 7 to 10 days. 5hours later I received a sms that the the "Credit Required has been succesfully completed". The claim is according to the system closed. the money has not been transfered to my bank account. this is not the first time it happens that you log a query.

this is bad service.
