MTN Shocking Service and Very Poor Coverage

As a Dimension Data employee, I have opted for 3 new MTN contracts but have had endless issues. From engaging the Account Manager, to the the MTN store in Cavendish Square, to the 1555 Helpline. After a lenghty run around which lasted weeks, I still am left with issues. I have virtually zero coverage at home where I used Vodacom previously without a glitch. Even when I connect from my offices where signal strenth is 'excellent' I cannot connect to internet, microsoft outlook or lync. I have spent hours on the phone the past two days with various MTN personnel and am no closer to getting this resolved. Even when I've insisted to escalate, nobody can assist. I travel to clients within Cape Town and Johannesburg regularly and am currently unable to service them due to MTN connectivity and speed issues. I work in a highly productive and stressful environemt and can ill avoid connectivity problems. MTN, YOU HAVE SOLD ME A PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT WORK! I would like to terminate my contracts and change back to Vodacom and would insist to be fully refunded.
