Despite being assured that my complaint had been rectified and that I was no longer being billed for a second line, today I have once again being debited for two lines. I was assured that my account was in credit and I would not be billed until the credit had been used up - not in fact the case either.
So when Neotel assures you that they've sorted the problem, know that that's not likely to be the case.
