SLOW RESPONSE AND LACK OF FEEDBACK

On the 26th of March 2013 i found out that I apparently have an account with NEOTEL and it is in arrears by 3 months.
I however never contacted nor opened an account with NEOTEL as i told Karabo from Consumer at Neotel.
She assured me that the whole thing would be sorted out in the next 3 to 7 days as soon as i provide them with an affidavit and copy of my ID. After sending it she promised to get back to me with any developments.

It has now been 12 Days and still no word. I cannot get credit until this whole thing is sorted out.
I have emailed and called a number of times without any response. Nobody is picking up and i am very disappointed by the way they have been treating me.
