Voice mail not activated

I have been trying for 2 days now to get my voice mail activated. I dial 220 and I get a message saying the number is invalid, I dial *33*220# and it says the service is activated but still nothing works. I managed to get hold of the technical department after holding for an eternity, the person promised to have the problem fixed by the end of the phone call, but I had to hang up after being put on hold again for 15 min. The call centre is shocking, service is shocking, and my first impression of neotel is looking very bleak.
