Neotel Fails to provide basic sevices

It comes as no surprise to me that after originally fighting with Neotel for 3 months to activate my voice-mail, that I am once again sitting without an active voice-mail service. I don't know how one is expected to remain content with a service provider who seems to do nothing but aggravate their customers by pure lack of support, service and interest in providing a genuine service one would expect from a company such as Neotel. It's been barley 3 months since my services (voice-mail) were eventually activated only to find that they don't work anymore. Neotel's Facebook Fan Page is riddled with disgruntled customers, feel free to have a good read. It is disgusting to see that such a company with so many unhappy customers is still in business or that the MD's, CEO and Shareholders can sit back, ignore what is really going on, while nothing seems to be done or seems to change. This is the last draw of the straw, if they don't come to the party in a timelessly and acceptable time-frame then one has no choice but to try another provider. If anyone is ever considering purchasing a product, service or contract from Neotel- DON'T! do your research first, the rest speaks for itself!!!
