I would like to compliment Nqobile Thusini from Telkom mobile for her prompt and excellent assistance with my suspended 8ta account.
She went an extra mile in resolving this matter, she could have just said "from my side there is nothing i can do" just like others in the same call centre. But she escalated this matter to the correct levels where she found assistance and my account was re-activated.
