THE most terrible service EVER!!!

After paying my monthly fee for my web hosting, I was told that my complete website has not been updated on their side and that I must redo my WHOLE website again. Absolute terrible service and they do no respond to any of my complaints!!! But they keep on deducting money from my bank. Now I have NO website and I have lost ALL my information of my business.
