I contacted CellC to advise of pathetic Network coverage, bad call quality & slow connectivity.
I was contacted by the support team to fill in a "network template" documenting the issues which i did & resent it to them on the 4th November. Since then I have not had any further feedback & my network continues to frustrate me.
Surely having a "top of the range" Samsung S4 device should mean extra quick connectivity to internet however even though my fone is capable of so much, it cannot perform to it's standards due to bad network quality. If that's not enough, 50% of my calls are crossed line with me having to call back & the other 50% has me sounding like im under water.
I use my fone for work & have clients calling me constantly & to have my business impacted because of my Network provider is unacceptable.

And then you have instant messaging, whats the point of it if your messages are not delivered instantly? It's laughable!

I'm really hoping that this post would prompt a response out of CellC & that this matter be dealt with asap.
