My account has been debited with R19 ref MP-909388-1 since last year, i called last week they told me that yellow mobile gave them my details. i don't understand why because they declined my request for contract but now I'm billed for services that i don't have and don't even know about them. phone box promised to cancel the debit order and to update me what is gonna happen with my money they have been taking from my account, till today m still waiting. when m trying to call their number 0861999339 it is not going thru.

Can you please response cos i really need my money back
