DATA SUSPENDED!!! FOR 6 DAYS!!! PAID??

Good day

Please assit me as I dont know what to do.
I have a contract with 8ta (Telkom) for my tablet. In July they did not take the monthly debit order of R468 off. So in August they took double off on the 23/08/2013 (only signed for debit order to be taken off on the 25th of each month.. On the 27/08/2013 I recieve a sms from 8ta saying my service has been interrupted please contact 081180 (CALL CENTRE WHERE NOONE CAN ACTUALLY HELP YOU) I phoned them on the 28/08/2013 and sent proof of payment to a Shandre Halters on the 29/08/2013 first thing that morning. She said it would take up to 5 hours for my data to be re-enstated. I am still waiting today 6 days later keep calling them, they say its out of their hands it now up to the collection department?? Nobody calls me back after promising that they will. I have used so much money on phonecalls that take up to 20/30minutes with them.

How do I solve a problem when I dont know who to contact??? I was told to be patient, I have been patient for 6 days now.

PLEASE HELP!!!
