It is almost 3 months and still no help!!!

My name is Rudi Brits, I will revers my payment this mont (R370). More than half the amount is for trying to get into the internet, that is realy not posible almost every night, but if you use my works phone that is mtn, no problem, vodacom, no problem. I started complaining 3 months ago, loging the problem with cel c, nobody came back to me, then I started complaining on hallo peter and 3 diferant people phoned me, promist they will fix the problem, they will come baco to me in 3 days, IT'S A MONTH LATER, NO CALLS FROM YOU PEOPLE!!!
You give bad service a bad name!!!
Please don't phone me to ask for your outstanding bill, I WILL NOT PAY IT, I WANT THIS CONTRACT TO BE CANCELED!!! I NEVER WANT TO SEE, HEAR, OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM CEL C!!!
