Samsung ACE randomly restarting and dropping calls

I have a Samsung Ace GT-S5830 on contract with Vodacom from January 2012. I've handed in my phone at the Menlyn Repairs centre in May 2013 and on 16 June 2013 and again on 16 July 2013 after complaining via Hello Peter that Vodacom can't sort out my phone problem. In May a software update was done. The problems persisted and in June my phone was sent to Samsung and the PC Board was replaced. A couple of days after receiving the phone back, the problems started again, but it wasn't as bad as before. I was contacted by a consultant from Vodacom Escalations support and I took my phone back to Menlyn. They tested everything including the battery and motivation for an exchange was given by a technician, but it was declined as the fault could not be replicated. I have asked if it might be a SIM, battery or network related problem, but was assured that it wasn't. My phone reboots randomly at least twice a day whether I am using it or even if no apps are running. It drops calls and either I can't hear people or they can't hear me. This is my 3rd Samsung phone in 6 years and the first time I've had issues. Can Samsung maybe give some insight about what the issue might be?
