Still no Feedback or resolve on issues experienced

So it has been more than 3weeks now. Between following the advice from the Call Centre and service agents. I am still experiencing the same issues. Cell C either does not value my business as a consumer or they are completely dumbfounded by the issues I am experiencing. I have taken to taken screenshots of when i have reception but cannot make calls, send sms, iMessages or get a data connection to check mail or WhatsApp all this happens while it shows i have reception with 3G or Edge.

Tsepo sounded like he had a plan "Your issue has been escalated", but he has yet to contact me again since Friday. He could not give me a reference number for my call so when Sisa called me i had to explain the issues in detail all over again..

I am also still waiting for Tsepo to email me a list of all the things he tried on their side to reset setting on our Simcards and Devices. Sisa was to confirm with Tsepo what all he tried and what else could still be tried.

They have yet to give me feedback as to what the issue is and an indication of what the next steps are to resolve the issues we are experiencing. All I can do is wait and make more Hello Peter reports (I get a call after a report on HP)
