Online order for Samsung Tablet - never delivered

On the 23/10/2013, I have made an online order for a Samsung Galaxy tab 3 (offer code SMI1309015 as appeared on their website). All the security checks were done and I was told that it has been approve and I will receive my order in five days to come. I was advised that my bank account will be debited for R300.00. The debit order went out on the 28/10/2013. After 6 day I called 081180 to query my order, even send them email. I was send from one department to another. On 1/11/2013 I called again and one of their agent said he will escalate the matter and gave me this ref num: 6990181. On all the occasions I called I was promised that their supervisors will contact me, alas, none of them called me. 05/11/2013 I called again and was told to call Cell direct in CPT. when calling Cell direct, they refer me to another service provider (MobileTalk). This is a bad and false service that I receive from Telkom mobile for the service that I have already paid. Still now I am still waiting for their calls. Please help. 8ta referred me to Calldirect, CallDirect refered to Mobiletalk, Mobiletalk refers me back to 8ta... I am going in circles.
