I currently have a contract with virgin mobile. The 24 months have passed and I have cancelled my contract with them 5 months a go but they are still charging my every month my subscription fee. I have tryed to call the customer care line but that does not work, after 20min I hang up, every now and then they call me to ask if i want to renew my contract but the incompetant people on the other side of the line cant help me
