I was notified on the 10th of July 2013 that someone used my identity number and opened a cell contract, i was requested to get an affidavite to state i did not open the account and then they will investigate and my name will be removed from ITC, however it is going onto two months and nothing, they say they will send the letter stating it nothing to date. i did not mess up they were not competent enough to realise that it was till it was too late and now i must sit with the headache of getting it clear as it ruins my payment history and my name i need to apply for a house bond, they say it will be sorted but nothing!!! 1
