STILL WAITING FOR LETTER

Ruth Mgoboza phone me on the 10th of July 2013 to confirm what our problem is, I explained everything to her and that we don't owe them anything and that we have cancelled the contract last year November and now they say my husband is in debt. We have send proof of payment so many times. We said that we want a letter stating that we don't owe them anything and that it was a fault on their side and also that there is nothing hanging on my husbands name that can influence his credit record, that his name is clear. She phone on the 10th of July 2013 and today is the 17th of July 2013 and we are still waiting. What does the people in the Admin office do??? I am ready to take this further.
