I'm deeply disturbed by the security of your clients at your identity and your truworths stores. About 6months ago, my husband was informed that "his" Truworths and Identity accounts were in arrears. And to his knowledge he had no relationship with any of the stores. Only to find out that someone had opened an account usin his id number. We've since reported this, on submitting an affidavit proving that he's not the holder of the accounts the Truworths account has been successfully closed. The problem now with the Identity acc. No action has been taken to close the account. And as a result he cannot purchase anything, right now this problem is stopping us from purchasing a house!!! As well as equipment for our business! Now, my thing is that identity allowed someone to open an account using another person's id!!! How??? Only they know and NOW they're making this OUR problem! They don't even bother to follow up or keep us informed regarding the so called investigation that they're doing on this stupid disaster... Now we're even looking into suing the store! Not cool identity!
