Unhelpful, Lazy and Negative

I took my iphone to Cellucity in Kenilworth Centre on Monday for repairs and dealt with Shaun, who was incredibly dismissive and tried to encourage me to take my phone myself to be repaired. I explained that Kenilworth Centre was the most convenient for me.

He then told me he needs to send the phone to Vodacom in Maitland and i will only hear feedback after 14 days. After calling Shaun today (Friday), he said he had no feedback from Vodacare maitland. I asked if i could call them myself to find out what was happening and he said no, they only deal directly with retail enterprises.

I went ahead and called anyway. I spoke to Somaya who was helpful, friendly and upfront and who had said that she sent an email to Shaun yesterday (Thursday) but was waiting on feedback from him

I have usually had great service from the cellucity team in Kenwilworth Centre, but Shaun is really unhelpful, sour, lacks initiative obviously doesn't know what he's doing. He is not an ambassador for the customer care and service ethos Vodacom / Cellucity claim to have.
