Still waiting for repairs on vehicle

It is sad to turn to a site like this to maybe get a response as the service I received was SHOCKING!!!
My Wife and I bought 2 vehicles from Toyota Fourways: New Fortuner and a Demo Yaris.
Andre told on day of delivery that we had to be at the dealership at 12 and the vehicles were only ready at 14h00.
When I receive the Yaris the blue tooth did not work. I did phone Andre and as I was going on leave I said that we will sort out on return.
on return I called Andre and a time was made to go to the dealership at 15h00 and on arrival he was busy with other clients. Again waste my time as he handed me to another agent.
he could not fix the issue below and said that Andre will call me. STILL Waiting for that call. SHOCKING!!!
The Yaris up to date has still outstanding issues:
Blue tooth still not working
Inspection on vehicle not been done
Rubber on front windscreen loose and if it rains where does the water enters???
Tracker system still faulty as I get numerous calls from Tracker to ask if I am OK and to date nobody showed where is the panic button.
This all was mentioned by my wife and even by myself to Andre but to date no Response or even a phone call as was promised.
