I joined cell c getit sometime last year, its like a promotion they have where you buy one product and get one for free, and you get discounts and etc. Last year in DEC i phoned them to make a booking for me at hair salon and i told them I am going to pay for my hair and they will pay my nail. The booking was made and i was given directions to the salon, first when i got to that salon there was, and i had to get another taxi to the salon and finally when i got there, i was told that cell c is not going to pay for nails, when im phoned them i was told i need to swipe my credit card and i immidiately told them to cancell getit and not to debit my money anymore and i told them im not happy with their service and i would like to speak to the manager, and i was told the manager will fone me even today im still waiting, they debited my money in JAN when i phoned them they told me it takes a month to cancell, i understood that and they debited again in FEB and they told me the very same storry as JAN.I want them to refund me all the money I paid for nothing.
