Paying for an expired contract and no transfe

In November 2009 a contract was taken out for me by my dad for a computer and data bundle, soon after in march 2010 my dad passed on. I had immediately asked for a transfer of the account to my name, ensuring that all the documents requested were submitted. I have by far submitted these documents 9 times, with no response from MTN.
There are 2 contracts on this account, one of my phone and the other is for the compputer and data.
As the contract of the computer and data had come to an end in november 2011 I asked for it to be cancelled, but this was not done! I once again asked for it to be cancelled. In april 2012 and I was told that it was cancelled, yet I fail to understand why I'm still being billed monthly!
Being the only bread winner in my family I'm unable to continue sending R700 a month for data that is not being used! And a contract that has come to an end!
It is really disappointing that after almost 3 years I'm still at the same place! With no help whatsoever from MTN.
