For some reason 8ta did not send through their debit order and my internet service was suspended. I made payment faxed through proof of payment but I have to wait another 48 hours before they will check and reconnect. I am sorry this was their mistake not mine. It cost me hundreds due to clients that I've lost an work that could not be done. And by no surprise their Manager - belinda - did not call back - and she is not on duty today. In fact they have no managers there today. Their mistake and I have to pay - it does not work this way. Is this how 8ta operates?? They admitted it was their fault but I still have to be on the losing side. To tell me sorry, is just not working. I called 3 times yesterday to speak to the manager no luck.
