I lost my simcard and I phoned MTN call center to do a simswap but could not remember all questions they asked me therefore I was requested to write an affidavit and explain what happened to my simcard which i did and emailed it to Ndumiso on 28/08, Ndumiso responded telling me i was suppose to include some of the security which he did not tell me when i phoned the first time.on Thursday I phoned again and i was assisted by Mzwandile and His supervisor, I forgot his name. The supervisor requested the affidavit i sent and id copy and promised to help and give me a call, no communication has been received till today. on Fri 30/08 i sent a follow up and Mzwandile advised me that the supervisor is busy with my query i then asked him how long it will take and he never answered my email.

I am not happy with the service i received from MTN consultants its disappointing because the supervisor is aware but have not done anything to help even after i offered to write another affidavit if it necessary.

can someone help me with in resolving this..
