MDB Inc Attorenys dont have a clue what they doing

I received a letter from Munnik Bassson Dagama Inc stating I owed MTN R8321.40 for some contract. I phoned MDB stating I have never had ANY contract with MTN! I was told that I need to go to the police station and write an affidavit stating the account isn't mine. I went to the police station and faxed it through the following day. On the 6th of June I received another letter stating I owe MTN R8123.40 I again phoned, spoke to Themba and asked why I was still receiving letters? He told me I need to include a certified copy of my ID (which the previous lady failed to tell me? Can she do her job properly? NO NOT!)I again went and got a copy of my ID certified and email it to [Email Removed] along with the affidavit I had previously faxed through. Yesterday I received an email from Angela Mntambo stating "please forward through your affidavit and certified copy of your ID" ARE THESE GUYS FOR REAL?? The previous people I spoke to could see my fax on their system, why can't Angela see it? MBD Inc staff are so incompetent they don't know left from right. Sort this out because it is really annoying me. I want a call from a lawyer, not some 1d10t from the call centre that doesn't know a thing!
