Smart Village
Exceptional Service!

I live in Midstream Estate and have been struggling with 3G coverage for a while now. I was a bit reluctant to change to Smart Village because of some bad reviews here on HelloPeter and in online forums, but I finally decided to take the plunge.

WHAT A GREAT DECISION!

The installation of the line was completed within a week (most of the delay was from my side) and the process and status of the installation was communicated to me continuously. The connection itself is exceptionally good. Very low latency and both the download and upload speed is pretty much always 1Mbps (I'm on a 1Mbps line). I have also not experienced any down time.

I don't know what has changed at Smart Village, but they definately rank up there with the best ISPs in South Africa!
