3051601457, 3072301812, 3072402397, 3081902044. These are just a few of the computer generated reference numbers that were sent to me over the last couple of months, each assuring me that some very caring person would contact me and try and assist with the concern.
Let me just start by saying that I have been with cellc for a long time and spend on average R13000 per year with them. Over the last few years I noticed that the network coverage seemed to deteriorate. On following this up with them shortly before I renewed my last contract May 2011, they assured me that all network problems would be solved soon as they are installing new towers all over with 3.5g and all the other blah blah. On completion of the new towers, the network problem just got worse and so it seems did your customer service.
I now understand your motto of 'The power is in your hands'. It is not aimed at us your subscribers, no, its your hands you are referring to and you don't seem to give a toss about us as long as you have taken our 'POWER' or 'MONEY' from us.
So, stop passing the buck the buck from one useless department to the next and live up to your motto
