Yes I know you had a issue to debit my savings account as I always transfer all remaining funds to my credit card, but your accounts department told me 2 days ago that I have R260 credit and some of that will go towards the package. I at least would have expected you guys to send it to the courier, all my friends already got theirs. What is the delay?
