Even an Upgrade doesnt get you good service

I have 2 contracts with Altech one a voice and the other a data contract. the voice contract is due for an upgrade currently and the data contract in Jan 2014. have been waiting from the 15/08/2013 for feedback regarding a deal for an upgrade. The consultant George advised his manager Nicky was going to assist me and i still have had no response. I even emailed the dept head Hema, still no response. I have called numerous times to speak to these people if you don't get their voice mail you get to speak to at least 4 other people all requesting your no and insisting on assisting you, and to think this is all for a upgrade.

As usual consultants say things they don't mean and when questioned the buck is passed on... if you don't give them your cell no and insist on speaking to the relevant person they tend to become abrupt and rude, who knows if your message is being passed on...

Thank you Altech, guess its time i moved to a service provider to whom my business matters.
