I am an Avon Sales Rep. I have placed an order on 27/09/2013.
I paid in the full amount of the order on 04/10/2013
First follow up on dispatch was done on 10/10/2013- the respond was that the package is still in JHB couriers and i am resident in Upington (NC).
The second follow up on the package was done 14/10/2013, the respond was that the package is reflecting pending dispatch but no reason has been given as to why. According to my sms's i owe them nothing so why have they still not dispatched my package? I have nagging clients in desperate need of the products they ordered and paid for already not to mention the deadline for brochure 10 that is nearing. The fact that Avon does not have a complaints department or site, lead me to lodge complain with you peter.
