Trying to Upgrade, staff have no product knowledge

On the 21st of August i wrote a report on Hello Peter regarding the lack of knowledge and assistance from Nashua Mobile.wrt my upgrade query. On the 29th of August i get a response on hello peter stating that my query will be resolved soon... Today i phoned the call centre to get the ball rolling for the upgrade that is happening on the 1st of September 2013, and the call centre agent gives me a different story as to what i received while back.(and then it changed and the changed again and then changed again the staff clearly does not know how their own products work). Then i tried calling one of the branches with my upgrade, as the branch is on my way home, and the staff at the branch also gave me the same answer, after i received a different answer from the call centre a few days ago. There is absolutely no consistency and It seems that Nashua Mobile does not respond to a complaint or query unless you do it on Hello Peter and address it to the Managing Director. So please Mr MD, can you get someone with proper product knowledge to assist me as i am now really tired and of fighting and arguing with your staff.
