Poor Service while attempting to purchace carpet

Wife had a look at carpet range at H&H 2 weeks ago.

Last week visited H&H and arranged "Siya" would come and measure up passageway and 4m x 3m bedroom.

Quote received on Tuesday via email from: N1 City HH 043149, a Copy of a H&H quote sheet for the passage and a simple single amount for the Carpet for the bedroom:

Please find a quotation attached. All carpet - R3717.00

Went to H&H today to finalise installation and to pay.

Nobody with any clue about the quote or about carpets. "Siya" finished yesterday.

One casual lady did her best to assist but was waste of time.

Lots of Ladies at the Entrance but more interested in killing time than serving anyone inside the shop.

A more senior lady arrived later but she was more interested in the lunch she has just bought.

We looked at the samples ourselves and took photo's of what we liked and will go elsewhere.
