Siya is an asset to the store

We wanted to buy furniture that was on display, but was informed that it had to be ordered and that delivery will take a few weeks. We explained to Siya that we only had one day to buy the furniture as our holiday was near its end, and we do not live in SA. He did his best to locate another set and organised for the two display-sets to be delivered the next day. We left our cellphone at home and he left several messages. We contacted him and he told us the good news. Even when he was free the next day, he organised the delivery or the two sets with the help of Lindo. We are extremely pleased with the service of the staff, especially Lindo and Zandile (with the furniture) and Dudu (with the bedding, curtains and kitchenware) at the Galleria Branch, but Siya really went out of his way to help us.
