I had layed a complainst against poor service that i had received from Thunder peak spur, The Store Manager, Mr Siya (no surname provided) drove all the way from his branch to my work address to not only deliver what had been missing from my previous order but he gave me a complete new meal with all the things they had already given me on 31 January 2013, i was not expecting this therefore it is highly appreciated. I believe we all make mistakes but its how we rise and rectify those mistakes that count and trully matter. Its great to know that Siya knows how to address problems that are facing their store and he has furthermore assured me that they have adopted a new system to ensure that all orders are checked correctly before being sent out in order to avoid re occurrences.
