Data flow problem still not resolved

I am still having the same problem with my internet connection. the physical connection is fine, the line is good but the is no data flow on my port in the Telkom exchange. i have asked to change my port but the technician from Bellville Anderson told me that is not going to happen. He was here for a second time to come check my line after i told him that the line is working fine, it is the internet that is problematic. he got arrogant with me and i kicked him out of my house. as he was leaving my house he started to swear at me in xhosa. i phoned shuaid from the cape town call centre, and i must say he was the only helpfull guy that went beyond his duties to help me. he got Carmen the ops manager from bellvile to call me, she was useless, not helpfull at all and i am still waiting on her to call back, a week went pass no call. as i expected her to make empty promises. today i called 10210 as i have problems again and it has been 4 days with out a working internet. spoke to agent from bloemfontein he rebuild the port still no internet. i called back now the call centre is closed what a KEN joke. i had enough of this cause this complain will also run dead as my previous one.
