Contacting the Vodacom call centre (082 155) holding for 49min with no answer, and there was no announcement to state that they are experiencing high call volumes nothing!!!

What pathetic service!!!

I just need to log a technical ticket for the Vodacom engineers to investigate the reason that I cannot receive calls from the 011 575 range. Investigations has been done on the 011 575 plat form that is being hosted by Internet Solutions, Telkom is working fine.

We have made a test call using my Landline number 0113174007 which works fine, I tried using Dimension Data Range 011 575 0855 and our range 011 575 2855 and I got the same symptoms.

We have used 079 665 XXXX for testing purpose and the call successfully connected.

Could you please log a ticket or fault with the Service Provider and explain to them that when people dial you they got continuously dial/DTMF tones regardless the call is connected.

I am unable to hold on any longer as it been 49 min!!!

I truly hope that somebody will contact me ASAP.
