Just not happy with an sms!

I have queried an account with Vodacom. According to their billing info my cell number 0725143970 has used in excess of R650 data. My query was how they got to that figure as the phone the sim is in currently is a Samsung Pusha which does not have Internet! I phoned their customer service on three occasions and everytime I do not get a satisfactory answer. I get an sms saying it will take two weeks to clear up any issues and yet I have not even received feedback since it's been 2 weeks since my first call! I need answers as this bill will be going off monthend and I know I haven't used the internet with this phone. I have been a customer for years and feel happy with your service until now. My reference number given is S3-TYQ3D-BKB5P. I am Ernest Paulse and I'm very unhappy!
