Paid Up Account Ressusitated

I was annoyed to receive an email from Hammond Pole Attorneys demanding me to pay for an account I settled and paid up a long time ago (2010).

The inadequency in which you handle your accounts is terrible, I have paid up the account and a settlement letter was sent to me and I forwarded it to ITC for updates.

I am very annoyed by this erronous harrasment im getting from Attorneys I dont know about a settled account. If I keep being harrased I will have no choice but to send this to the Credit Ombudsman/NCR
