Cancellation/Overbilling

We approached the Telkom Office at the Galleria Shopping Mall on the 17 May 2012 regarding a name change from F Talbot to Graisco Trading CC, the cancellation of the Octogon Package together with line 039 835 0071 and handed the documents concerning to the gentlemen who told us that it will be forwarded to the relevant department concerned.

Since then we haven't received any feedback but noticed that only the name change to line 039 835 0070 was amended, which is in order but the cancellation of the Octogon Package and line 039 835 0071 was not completed, and we have been charged for this monthly.

Telkom is only passing a credit amount of /-R1000.00 (one thousand rands) were as a credit amount of /-R8000.00 (eight thousand rands) is due.
