Not Interested

I posted a complaint on the 19th August 2013 about not having any signal in our offices in the middle of CBD Polokwane. A reply came through on the same day and even a phone call to let me know that some one would contact me within 48 Hours. Strangely enough it is now the 27th August 2013 and no word yet. Seems that Vodacom just doesn't care whether we move to another service provider or just cancel our contracts. Thanks guys, its nice to know that we are only a number and that you are big enough to lose a couple of contracts. See you never again.
