I've just received an e-mail from hellopeter stating that Cell C had updated their response, so I came to have a look. Typical Cell C. The complaint in question dates back to 30 July, almost a month. Cell C writes: "On behalf of Cell C, we extend our sincere apologies for the sub-standard service that you may have initially received. Sisa was in contact with you and advised that your concern was addressed." Utter nonsense. The matter was neither addressed neither resolved, numerous consultants phoned and promised to put matters in writing (e-mail) or get back to me, but this NEVER happened. A company stuck in the dark ages, with customer care that makes Telkom look good. Pathetic. Time to port it is.
