Credit listing

The company has contravened the National Credit Act 34 of 2005 which state that I should be notified on any credilisting. The correspondance should be in writing 20 days prio the listing. No arrangement have been put in place or negotiated to find an emicable solution. I currently unemployed and have been since the 30 April 2013. If this matter has not be resolved I will take this to the NCR and Consumer Tribunal for a remedy as this listing is depriving me of the opportunity to get employment and have been in numerous occasion being told that I am not fit because of the listing. And I also wonder how did they reach 7k and what calculative mergers did they use.
