Bad product! Slow service! Wrongly billed!

I have a 4-10meg idsl line which is supposed to be the quickest u can get, I'm not able to watch something on you tube for more than 30 seconds before it buffers. Very irritating that's why I want the fasted line avail. Then my line went down for almost 3 weeks, numerous phone calls and visits to telkom before it got fixed with the assurance that I would not be billed for the time my line was down. Last night the full R730 was deducted from my account
