NOT Happy!!

Went to the store on the 20th and there was only 2 people helping customers. The other person went to the back not sure why and never came out to help other customers. Had to wait up to 15 to 20min to be helped, Then they had to send my phone for repairs and stating that i do not have a phone.
TODAY i phone the number regards to repairs and they advised me the phone is still in store. Never send it away. Tried phoning MTN store in N1 City which is on the internet 083 869 1475 this number goes straight to fax. had to phone around got to N1 City Mall to get a number, Still getting back to me. How am i suppose to follow up on whats going on with my phone. I need my PHONE! Not very happy customer.
