On 24/1/2013 at 10:00 I called the call centre to report a lost phone. I spoke to Shaun. We HAVE A CONTRACT WITH nASHUA THAT IS On my husbands name- Innoccent for about 10 years (Not exact) What I aws asking was for them to Lock my device specifically so that noone accesses my Black Berry Services liken Internet, Facebook, etc. Shaun told me he cannot assist me with that, only my husband - who was out of the country was able to do that. pointed out that some time in 2011 my daughters phone was lost and she was able to have her cell phone blacklisted. I asked to speak to the manager and haun refused me saying that he is not alowed to let me speak to the manager. After along fight he finally gane me Genorigde Taylor who told me the same thing and also refused to have me communicate with the Top management of the company irrespective of what my concerns were regarding my handset. He said top management is not available to communicate wth me either via email or telephone. My concerns: I am a customer for a long time - My right to contact the business owners is being diSRESPECTED IN THE NAME OF NOT BRIDGING OUR COMPANY AGRREMENT WHICH WAS BRIDGED IN 2011. i NEED THIS INVESTIGATED
